Background checks are processed by Checkr, an independent third-party provider. TurnBnB does not perform, control, or influence the results of a background check.

• All background check payments ($39.99) are final and non-refundable.
• Processing begins immediately upon payment, and TurnBnB is billed by Checkr regardless of the outcome or your decision to continue using the platform.
• This applies whether the check is completed, incomplete, or you choose to stop using TurnBnB after payment.

We want Team Leaders to feel confident in their subscription.

• You may request a full refund within 15 days of your subscription purchase or renewal.
• To receive a refund, you must cancel before the start of your next billing cycle (billing is monthly), so cancelling within the 15-day window always keeps you ahead of your next charge.
• Refunds apply to the subscription fee only. Add-ons (per-property, per-market, Business Builder, TurnBnB Certified, and background checks) are billed and refunded under their own terms — background checks are always non-refundable per the section above.
